Ability to watch and control recorded shows from any room in the house requires a set top box for each additional TV to control multi-room functionality. Select channels are available on WatchTVEverywhere. Not all TV channels in the Premier channel tier are available on WatchTVEverywhere. Pre-existing conditions are not covered by Total Protection Plus Plan agreement. Maintenance plans do not cover damage caused by lightning, storms, fire, flood, earthquake, vandalism, act of God, gross negligence or willful damage. Maintenance plans will cover up to 2 visits to the customer’s home in any 12 month period. Technicians will not make repairs in areas containing hazardous materials or deemed an unsafe area. Technicians reserve the right to reroute the wire and jack to a different location if existing area is not accessible. Replacement jacks will be white or ivory in color. No loaner or temporary equipment will be provided. A $199 fee will be charged for router equipment not returned at the time of agreement termination.
