Help!

There are several causes for pixelation and freezing problems. Digital data has to stream from the source all the way to your TV set.  Along the way these things can happen.

#1: The system inside your house is having a problem. Rebooting the “STB” (set top box) or rebooting the switch is an important 1st step. Make sure you unplug the device, wait a minute, then plug it back in.

#2: Is your equipment, TV rater outdated? Older devices have a harder time processing the data.

#3: Poor cables can influence the data transfer process. Check to see there isn’t any apparent physical damage.

#4: Weather can still have an impact on cables through lighting and electrical surges.

#5: Signal loss or broadcasting issues can occur at the source of the transmission.

If a large “outage” has occurred we will post a banner on the web page to notify you. Otherwise it may be a smaller situation with short duration expected.

Rarely, but at times, some local signals are not in the subscription. This may be the reason if your screen says “not subscribed”.

A variety of reasons may have cause you to recieve no signal. Wait a few minutes and then call our customer service to find out if we’ve been notified that no signal is in your area.
