Billing & Payment Schedule

Bills are mailed on the 1st of each month, and payment is due upon receipt. Accounts become delinquent after the 24th, and a $5 late fee will be applied. If payment is not received—or a payment arrangement is not established—by the second Tuesday of the following month, services will be interrupted and a reconnection fee will be required.

For your convenience we accept Check and Credit Card (Visa, Discover, and Mastercard). You may make a credit card payment 24/7 on our automated secure voice payment system at 1-855-313-6315. Your account number and pin are required when using the automated system. You may also access and pay your bill online by visiting our SmartHub App.
