Endeavor Communications, a telecommunications cooperative providing voice, high-speed internet, and digital television, has an opening for a business professional to be a Director of Customer Service.  This position manages customer service staff, trains new staff, assigns daily work to ensure customer service standards and goals are met, ensures customer service activity is documented as required and complies reports for management and oversees initial response to problems reported by subscribers and others, ensures that detailed information about customer complaints is appropriately recorded. Minimum qualifications include bachelor’s degree in business or related field plus five to seven years of Customer Service experience with at least three years in a supervisory capacity, preferably in the telecommunications industry.

Network Operations Technician

Endeavor Communications, a telecommunications cooperative providing voice, high-speed internet, and digital television, has an opening for a Network Operations Technician.  This position will be responsible for installing, testing, configuring, maintaining facilities, and monitoring an IPTV television network system.  Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or 5-10 years experience in the field as well as CISCO certification.  A strong IP and IPTV networking background are required.  Minerva, CISCO and Calix expertise is preferred.

Customer Service Representative
