Can I use my own wireless phone?

Yes. You may use an existing wireless phone as long as it is compatible with our 4G Network. To find out if your device is compatible, please contact one of our customer care team members by calling 1.800.922.6677.

How do I reset my voicemail password?

In the case that you have forgotten your voicemail password, by calling our office at 1.800.922.6677, a customer service representative can help you with resetting a new password.

How do I check my minutes?

Click here to check your minutes. You will just need to know your username (or email address) and password to login.

How do I set up email on my smartphone?

It depends on the operating system on your phone. Below are instructions for Android and iPhone smartphones.

Android:

  1. Tap the Home icon
  2. Tap the GRID icon, which allows you to view all the installed applications
  3. Tap the EMAIL icon
  4. Enter your EMAIL ADDRESS and PASSWORD for the account; tap NEXT
  5. Select type of account: POP3, IMAP Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync; select IMAP
  6. Enter Incoming Server settings – all should remain as the default except for the server
    • – Username, Password, Port, Security type, etc.
    • – In most cases, you will need to enter your full email address for the Username
    • – IMAP Server
      WEB HOSTED customers (mail.yourdomain.com)
    • – Tap NEXT
  7. Enter the Outgoing Server settings- all should remain as the default except for the server
    • – Username, Password, Port, Security type, etc.
    • – In most cases, you will need to enter your full email address for the Username
    • – SMTP Server
      WEB HOSTED customers (mail.yourdomain.com)
    • – Tap NEXT
  8. Select Account options or leave as the default; tap NEXT
  9. Enter your ACCOUNT NAME and YOUR NAME displayed on outgoing messages.

iPhone:

  1. Tap the MAIL icon on the home screen
  2. Select your email provider: Microsoft Exchange, mobileme, Gmail, YAHOO, Aol, or Other. If you don’t see your email provider listed, tap OTHER, then ADD EMAIL ACCOUNT.
  3. Follow the steps and provide the required information to configure your account.
  4. Enter Incoming Server settings – all should remain as the default except for the server
    • – Username, Password, Port, Security type, etc.
    • – In most cases, you will need to enter your full email address for the Username
