What can we help you
Endeavor Residential Phone Calling Features
900 Block allows you to activate and deactivate 900 numbers dialed from your telephone. You can control dialing 900 numbers using your personal identification number (PIN).
Save valuable time. This feature lets you turn a two-way phone call into a three-way conversation or a three-person conference call.
This feature allows two separate phone numbers to ring into your single line. Each number has a unique ring when called and can be used for a teen, business, or fax line.
You will have two separate phone numbers for your single line. Each number has a unique ring so you will know which number was dialed.
Instructions:
Wait until the full ringing pattern is complete before answering your phone, so you know which telephone number was dialed. Each number will have a separate ring tone.
Notes:
- Although you have two telephone numbers assigned to your line, you have just one line and only one conversation can be held at a time.
- The same distinctive ringing patterns of Alternate/Teen Number are used with Call Waiting, so you can determine whether or not to interrupt your current conversation to answer the incoming call. These distinctive Call Waiting tones correspond to the distinctive ringing patterns.
- With Alternate/Teen Number, Call Forward operates in one of two arrangements. Choose which arrangement you want when you select Teen Service. Your options are: Both telephone numbers (the main and secondary) are forwarded when Call Forward is activated. The telephone number to which you forward these calls does not receive the distinctive ringing patterns, however. To use, follow the same procedures for Call Forward. To change from one of the above arrangements to the other, contact your local phone company.
Call the business office at 1-800-922-6677 to change from one of the above arrangements.
Prevents callers that have intentionally blocked their number from ringing into your home. Callers will receive a message to unblock their number in order to reach you.
