Phone Support – FAQ

Your phone giving you a hard time?

Don't worry, we've got your back!

We all need help from time to time! Whether you want to know what your phone can do, or you’re looking for help with a specific feature, we’ve got you covered. Below is a list of some really common questions we’ve been getting, but if this doesn’t cover your need, feel free to drop us a call!

Now that your phone is Internet based, it needs to know the area code that you’re dialing to each time. If you’re having troubles, be sure to use the 10 digit telephone number! As an example, a 10 digit number would be 765-795-0000.

Voicemail is important to make sure you don’t miss anything big! Any calls you miss will automatically be sent to your voicemail. You can access your voicemail in two different ways:

  1. Pick up the handset and dial *62
  2. To be able to access your voicemail remotely, dial your number and when prompted to leave a message press the * button, then enter your passcode

The first time you call your voicemail box you will be prompted to set a passcode to access your voicemails, as well as to set your personalized name or greeting.

The default passcode is set up as 18436572.

Your recorded name will be played to callers as part of the default greeting that callers will hear. You will later have the option to record a longer greeting, but this is not necessary.

The default greeting the callers will hear is:

*Your Recorded Name* is not available to take your call. Please leave a message after the tone.”

Once you have completed this set up you can record a personalized greeting and access your voicemails.

Call Forwarding can be an incredibly convenient way to make sure you never miss that important call! You can forward your calls to ANY number, whether it be a local, long distance, or cell phone number.

To turn on call forwarding:

  • Pick up the phone and dial *72, followed by 1 plus the ten digit number you want the calls to go to

To turn off call forwarding when you’re done:

  • Pick up the phone and dial *73

When you first received your new phone service, an email was sent out containing your username and a blue button that says “Complete Setup”. When you click this button, you will be asked to provide your username (found in the email) and set up a password. Once you have finished this step, you’ll be able to sign into the app!
